HE Heating Supplies Ltd Covid-19 update 1st May 2021. In line with Government guidelines we are now offering our full services, but with the operational social distancing measures still in place.
At the time of booking clients will be asked about any Covid related situations within the property to be attended. To ensure that our clients, their families & our engineers are protected, we respectfully request that we are given as much detail as possible to avoid the above people being placed at un-necessary risk. Our engineers carry PPE but we would request they are given social distance whilst in the property to carry out their duties in a safe environment. If you are asked to move to another room by the engineer, please do not be offended as this is for your safety as much as theirs. We also ask that the engineer is given access to washing facilities whilst on site. Thank you in advance for your co-operation & we look forward to doing our bit in keeping you all safe.
